I have been addressing my shots with all my clubs with a toe up and giving me a nice flight with a little 5 yard draw at the end.
Does anyone else do this...?

Is this the correct way you should address and setup to hit a shot... or should you lay the bottome of the club flat on the ground?

thanks all

I used to set up with slightly toe up, but my current swing coach is having me address the ball with the club flat on the ground (helps me put my arms further away from my body at address) I was crowding the ball at address and impact.

Ya know.. I have never thought of it that way.. I always have to remember to drop my hands (same thing) especially with the long clubs. As long as I do that I hit a nice draw

If the club is resting on the heel and the toe is up your irons are either too flat, or your doing something wrong in your set up like putting your hands too close to your body. The toe shouldnt really be up on an iron shot.

I usually do with the driver because I have a tendency to have my hands too high. Not with any other club, though.
