Ok, I have been posting about wedges all day here..lol.

All and behold, I was just contacted about a free X-Forge Wedge from Callaway due to a purchase of their irons.

Ok, I just bought three vokey wedges.

Oil Can 52 8
Black Nickel 56 11
Chrome 60 7

Any thoughts as to what I should do? Should I get rid of one of the vokey or compliment the 3 of them?

Keep it. Sell it. Keep it as a spare... do whatever - we don't know what kind of game you've got or what your tastes are, etc.

I know that this was pretty vague. I just don't know anything about the x-forge wedges and was wondering if anyone has experience with them and may even prefer them over the vokey/clevelands out there. I'm willing to try something new but perhaps, get another sandwedge (most frequently used) wedge to try the x-forge out.

Thanks, nevertheless. Anyone else?

Try the 60* with C grind and Mac Daddy grooves. This is probably one of the most versatile wedge I've played with. It might or might not knock your Vokey 60* out of the bag, but you'll get better resale value if you decide not to keep it because the Cally X-Forged 60* is very popular.

I have the satin chrome and the glare does get me at times, so you might want to look into the vintage finish as well. I have the 56 and 52 in vintage finish and I think I like the rusting better.

Thanks for the suggestion. A little too late I went with a spare 56 considering that is the most used club I use, in the lines of wedges. Hmm.. I haven't used it yet perhaps I can replace it with the 60.

Thanks!

Don't even unwrap it.

List it in the forums here as brand new. Sell it for the right price. Use the money you make to buy something you need.

I aggre with buttuh. I would get the x-forged 60. I dont use a 60, but if i did that would be the one id use. I liked the x-forged c-grind in that loft from hitting it on a range during a demo day. I think its more versatile club than the regular vokey 60 with the stock grind.
