Funny, got my first vokey as an engagement gift to myself.

I take my fiance to chip around last night since she wants to get into golf...

I have her hit my pw,mizuno lob wedge, 7 iron..etc.. Then she says I want to try your new one. haha

I hand her the vokey and she hits one shot, looks at me and goes 'wow, this one sounds different then the others! its very soft, it sounds like wood'

I laughed so hard and just said COOL! Instead of boring her with an explanation of 8620 steel or whatever it is. hahaaaaaaa

Just thought some of you may enjoy this story. :)

My fiancee bought me my Vokey GW for Xmas . . . she made me swear I would never get rid of it. It's not spin milled.

So, when I replace the wedges, it goes in the game room, on the wall, as a memento.
