my sc4 just went in the crapper, had it sice feb, purchased the extended warranty luckily.. but I am having no luck with customer service.. was on hold for roughly 1 hour and just hung up, man was i pissed..

anyways, anyone have any advice on how to deal with them?

Open up caddysync click on support on the upper right
Scroll to the bottom and click on all support questions
Click repairs and replacements
Click how to
Click My SkyCaddie is broken, how do I get it repaired or replaced
Click ticket support and fill out the form and send it in. At least you won't have to wait on hold.
