I bought the bag of clubs in my signature minus the putter as a package deal just to get me started. I'm thinking of reworking it to give me a bit more flexibility in my bag. I'd like opinions and feedback. BTW, I will probably replace the driver as well, but I just haven't narrowed it down enough yet. Leaning toward a Cobra S9, Speed or Ping Rapture but not really sure yet. I'll have between $300 - 450 (plus whatever I can get for selling some of the clubs I'm replacing) to spend within a couple of months.

Putter yes, hybrid yes, I see an improvement in both areas. The hybrid will bring a new dimension to your game and the putter is a definite upgrade.

As far as the wood, I'd say hold off. That wood isn't really an upgrade from what you've got, and you may as well hold on to your money for now.

Wedges, the set is nice because it gives you a nice 4 degree step from pw to lw, but you might want to save money for nicer wedges such as older clevelands, vokeys, or x-tours. Just my opinion of course, if you don't see yourself upgrading again then go for that package.
