Yes I would reccomend lifting again after your shoulder is better but make sure your shoulder is better first.

Thanks for the advise, I will give it a try.

just last week, I injuried my right shoulder and since then stop lifting light weights altogether until my shoulder heals, proably one more week.

http://cdn-write.demandstudios.com/u...80/4/21984.jpg Since you have injured your shoulder, use these in the meantime, trust me. Even without an injured shoulder and spending a decent amount of time with weights, if you know how to utilize Resistance/Elastic Bands you will see better gains. To continue working out your shoulder stand in the middle and do a "standing military press" if you get what I am saying. Go slow, you will definitely feel it. You can work out a lot of muscle groups with these things. I like using them right before I go to bed/when I wake up. Best of all, they are cheap!

6am
walked a mile on a dirt track
ran two mile
jogged and walked 1/2 mile to cool down

I started to run on a dirt track to help make it easy on my knees and body, I feel it helps me relax while running, I found that my calves tighten up, maybe because I was running on concrete. I am going to find a rubberize track this afternoon to run on.
