Hornets suck!! ouch!!

right now im thinking id rather be stung by hornets...
these damn chiggers itch and its driving me insane

Hell..... the little buggers got me again. As I said a few weeks ago I killed the hornets that got me then but some have moved to a new part of my yard. One got me again today. Never had this problem in the previous 7 years I've lived here. This years cooler/ wetter weather must be good for them. Making me a little skidish to mow my yard!

It's time for chemical warfare, CH. There was a stubborn nest of nasties under a soffit on my storage shed. I finally had to empty an entire can of hornet spray into the crack they were crawling into, but they either got the message or they all died.

If you have a Wal-Greens in your state, they actually have a store brand of spray that lasts longer than Hot Shot and other name brands like that, and it seems to work just as well for less $.

Got the last ones with gas. Don't know if some got away and started a new nest or if it's a diffrent group of hornets. Either way it's war. I'm going to gas and spray them tomorrow morning when it's still cool out.
