Anybody use an Aldila DVS in their driver? I'm thinking of putting one in mine and could use some opinions. I've got the DVS in my 3-wood and 2-hybrid and like it a lot, but can't quite pull the trigger on re-shafting my driver. Any comments, good, bad, or indifferent?

I have one. I don't like it as much as my Diamana but I find that it's a very good shaft. Feels a tad more "boardy" than my Diamana but I still get the low launch that I want. Control is great (likely due to the weight) and the launch/spin is relatively low compared to most as well. Over all, it's a pretty good shaft. I like it anyway. If it's working in your 3 wood, it may be a good fit for your driver as well (of course this depends on a zillion other factors as well so YMMV).

I have one. It gives me a mid launch with a solid hit, though it will go high if the ball is hit high on the face. But that's to be expected. Overall I'm happy with it.
