Day 118 12-8 Probably way too long of a practice. Worked on flow, also sped up my backswing as it felt(and looked) like it was getting slow. Hit foam balls. Felt out of sync tonight. -

Day 28 (8 Dec 25) - Hit a few hard foam balls with the 7i in the backyard. Focused on setup process and target point (actual and intermediate). -
In the UK, it will inflate your handicap if you were better, but are getting worse or have got worse. If you are improving then it will probably lower it if you're a lower handicap and have little impact if you're a higher handicap. The old UK system was like this (spoilered since it's kind of long and not entirely on topic): -
