Clubfitting day at club

I am trying to get my club to get a certified clubfitter to do a clubfitting day at the course, we just had a Cobra Demo Day and they were offering a free swing analasys, but at the end of the day they were trying to sell their clubs and my club would get a percentage I presume.
I said to our club Owner/Manager about getting a certified clubfitter to come to the course and offer say a half hour club fitting session for $20-$30 , he could place an ad in the local press announcing the date the fitter would be there and the members could book appointments to see the man and then the fitter would be able to take walk-ins as also.
Has any one had a similar thing done at their course and how did it turn out?

I would say that $20-30 is low for a legitimate fitter. I know if happens a lot around my area, but I've never been to one so I can't give you any insight there.
