Any recommendations for affordable courses? >$100.

I assume you mean <$100? Here's some that I have played that won't break the bank, and aren't goat tracks (There's a few of them in Vegas that still will charge big bucks):
The Legacy (Henderson)
Tuscany (East of Henderson)
Revere Concord or Lexington (Henderson)
Boulder Creek (Boulder City)
Angel Park (Las Vegas)
Rhodes Ranch (Las Vegas)
Primm Valley Lake or Desert (Primm)

There are some others that will dramatically lower their outrageous regular rates between Memorial Day and Labor Day. If you can get a reasonable rate, I would suggest you try Rio Secco (Henderson), Bear's Best (Las Vegas), or TPC National (Las Vegas).
