This thread can serve as a comparison for what's available to you once you're out ON the course, but for me personally it's merely to share an anecdote that... well, might not resonate with ya'll the way it does with me.

The background is that while I'm generally fearless and tend to thrive on adrenaline (I work in critical care medicine)... I have a pretty significant phobia regarding wasps. A wasp could probably chase me off a cliff into a river populated by starving alligators.

ANYway, at one of the local courses I was test driving here in my new locale, there was a Restroom Facility round about the 5th tee box.

After a quick peek under the awning confirmed my suspicion... I could be out there with randomly explosive diarrhea and I would not go anywhere NEAR that particular facility. It was basically a giant hornets nest.

A close second was in San Antonio when where one would have anticipated a roll of toilet paper to reside was a rather impressive mud dauber's three story house.

Currently in my bag:  Under Revision
