Hello I have never played in a stroke play tourney and being away from the game for about 3 years the last time I played in a scramble was a good 4 years ago...

Im getting back into competition and my first tournament is a payout 2 day stroke play tournament. Course is pretty tough and long but I have played it more than a handful of times. Went out and shot a 80 from the tips today with 4 (3 putts) and my best score at the course is a 79. Got good news from the director today when I came in I asked him if he has any last minute insight and said... greens with run fast tomorrow and we are moving the tees up on the first day to get some low scores keeping the high handicappers from WD... So after playing from the tips today I get to vitually play from the whites tomorrow.

I am very excited and not that concerned with how I finish I just want to strike the ball well. The rest will take care of itself.

For those of you who play in Multi - Day tournaments any tips you have would be appreciated. Il make sure to report the results
