Starting with my last two rounds I'm going to try and get the most accurate handicap I can. I'm going to try and factor in every round I play (with the exception of any real bad ones). I'm not just doing the best rounds. Right now my last two rounds have both been +3, 75 on a par 72 course. Rating 73.1/Slope 130. 6832 yards. All rounds are played from the tips. Handicap in relation to the course rating will not count. I don't remember any putts or green in regulations from those rounds so I won't count them. Only score will count.

Driver: Callaway Big Bertha Diablo 9º
2 Hybrid: Callaway Big Bertha Heavenwood
Irons: Nike Slingshot OSS 6-3 iron
          Taylormade Tour Preferred PW-7 iron
Wedges: Cleveland CG14 50º, 54º
              Taylormade RAC 58º
Putter: Ping Darby 32" shaft

      PGA Tour Makes Sweeping Changes Starting in 2028

      Interesting changes. The idea of relegation and promotion have always been there in a different form (getting and losing your card etc and qualifying for bigger events) but it looks like they want to define it better for top tier events. The Tour has always had A and B level events (and even lower). It will be interesting what they choose as the Challenger Series events and whether some tournaments go to the Challenger Series that used to be prestigious. Not sure how the networks will take to this knowing they have “Challenger” Series events defined that way now. Also, I’m not happy that John Henry and Theo Epstein are involved. Look what Henry has done to the Red Sox.

      I have been debating getting a launch monitor of some sort, if only so I can re-figure my shot zones (I haven't actually mapped them in years) and also to practice distance wedges at home.  I have to see if this works with either my current setup, or what my setup would be if I move it to the garage.
