Played a couple scramble/best ball tournaments lately, so no scores. My game off the tee has been horrible.

Broke out the video camera last night and hit the range, have to get some swings cut out and posted. Basically, I've been getting very quick and abbreviating my backswing. This causes a dead Over the Top move and subsequent weak fades.

Worked on a couple swing thoughts, one piece takeaway and finishing the backswing. Reviewed these videos and it definitely looks better with good sequencing of hips/shoulders/arms. Definitely hitting the ball better as well, I just need to trust that longer swing. What I did notice is that I am flipping a bit at impact, never knew that before but makes sense as I hit a pretty high ball. Going to read up on drills to keep the wrist flat. I was holding lag pretty well it seemed, club was still perpendicular with the ground when my hands were waist high, but I get handsy from that point. Also explains why I've been pull-hooking shots lately at times, I must flip early and come around on it.
