Getting ready for the PGA Chamionship

So I'm volunteering at the PGA Championship this year at Whistling Straits. I've been assigned to the Marshals: Special Teams meaning I will be dealing with areas around the First Teebox Grandstand, the Putting Greens/Driving Ranges, opening gates for players coming/going to the 10th Tee box, the 18th hole grandstands, and the 10th teebox grandstands for handicapped spectators. Apparently they expanded the role of the special teams this year or something since it seems that we do a lot of seemingly random stuff. Yesterday was the training which was about an hour, today was a day off of sorts so a friend and I just messed around all day in the Sheboygan area. Tomorrow I get to wake up at 5:30 AM to hopefully get to Lot V for volunteers, and get in to the tournament in time to meet my area captain at 6:30'sh to begin working my 6:45 AM - 11 AM shift. Cameras are allowed for the Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday practice rounds so I have my parents good Nikon D80 with me to get some good pictures. I also am hoping to get a few autographs in the next few days, but who knows how that will turn out. Either way, I'm going to have a lot of fun this week, 7 day access to my first PGA Tournament = awesome haha.
