Last year I golfed on November 29th. This year I have plans to golf on November 28th. Temps should get up to 40*F sometime that day. it won't be near that around 10 AM when I want to start. I don't care. That wil be day 4 of 5 days with the family. Time for a 3.5 hour break.

The Stone Creek Golf Club in Urbana Illinois is at the off-season price but the tee sheet is wide open for that day. I think it makes me nervous that the pro shop wasn't taking names for tee times. They told me to call ahead of time. I don't golf there enough for them to know who I am.

When I played Stone Creek last week and the week before I shot well for me, 105 and 101 respectively, but almost more importantly I finished probably +24 on the found vs lost golf ball tally. 2 bridgestone and 1 prov1. Off season rates and nice temps through the end of November bring us hacks out who spray golf balls all around the course. I found these while waiting for the 4-some ahead to move along.
