address:  try turning both feet out ten degrees more to free up hip rotation back and through.  A bit more knee bend at address.  could be the camera angle, but your feet look a bit closed relative to shoulders--this could be a compensatory move--my guess is that you play a pull fade.  Your neck is in significantly more extension than the rest of your spine--looks uncomfortable, but if it doesn't bother you, not a big deal

backswing:  try turning your shoulders on a steeper angle and maintain the clubhead and shaft outside your hands longer while bringing hands in.  At the top of the backswing, you lift up and go across the plane, resulting in the OTT move.  Your left knee goes in toward your rear foot, try to flex it so the knee cap points at the camera on the face on view.

Forward swing:  Start the forward swing more with the lower body and push hips forward to initiate the forward swing.  Need to get hips further forward and hands further forward (maintaining the hinge in the right wrist longer/flying wedge) into impact.  Need to extend your spine more into impact (pushing pelvis forward and extending spine)

There's a lot of info above.  The primary issue with your swing is that the upper half of your body initiates the forward swing.  The very best golfers initiate the forward swing with the lower body before the backswing is completed.  This is a very dynamic move, but you have to get your hips moving more forward earlier--doing this will enable you to approach the ball more from the inside.

Here's another video I just found (thanks Stretch) that explains the hip movement in the golf swing.

    • Day 45 (27 Dec 25) - played at one of the sisters courses to my home course.  Solid session through the bag….of the 7 pars, 4 were up and down 1 putts (wedges were dialed in) from 6’ or less.  Off the tee - solid, irons were consistent even it a bit under on distances.  Course management was on - stayed the course even with a few offline recovery shots required…
    • Day 453 - 2025-12-27 Two things today for about 48 balls (I like to hit three or six balls at a time before taking a small break to pick them up): Right leg stays flexed a bit, internal rotation on the backswing. Kept my eyes looking at the ball and trusted that the backswing was fine.
    • Day 137 12-27 Worked on wider backswing today and tried to remain flowy. Recorded face on and down the line. Swing is looking better but I mentally felt off today, just frustrated. Tomorrow's a new day!
    • Day 8 - 2025-12-27 45 minutes of short game work at local muni, mostly putting work. Trying to get lots of reps in with consistent quality tempo.
    • I guess I'll stay at -16 for this year's challenge.  I never birdied holes 7, 13 (the 2 hardest holes) in 2025.  Also had a couple Eagle putts on the par 5's, but didn't convert either time.  Looking forward to 2026, though!
