I like your downswing/forward swing.

Backswing--as you can see, the shaft and club head go behind your hands too early, resulting in the club shaft going under plane initially.  Then you lift up and cup your left wrist and the club goes across above and across the plane at the top.

You recover nicely by dropping the club back on plane and your forward swing plane and arm connection to your torso is great.  Because your backswing plane moves down then up, then has to go back down, there's a lot of timing involved.  You would also benefit from steepening your shoulder turn and allowing your right knee to lessen it's flex some more in the backswing.
