I went to golftec and this is a tape from my swing analysis. I know I hit the yellow thing but any comments on one major thing I can work on. I'm not going to go crazy changing my swing but I am willing to work on 1 thing at a time. Thanks

I think your swing looks very good! I see a few minor issues that you could work on.

1) In the left view (behind the line).  From address to the top of the back swing, your upper torso is straightening up and sliding back. See how your head changes position by a few inches.

2) Because of number one, your upper torso & head dips down during the down swing.

You may want to focus on eliminating most of this extra movement in order to become a more consistent ball striker.

Thanks that is the first thing I pointed out in the video when I fist saw it. That is actually my only swing thought right now before I step in to hit my shot.
