Just bought a new taylormade burner 09 sand wedge from golfsmith.com and it had a little "c" stamped into it.  Is it because i ordered it as an individual club? I just want to make sure it isn't a refurb...

probably stands for conforming, as in the new conforming wedge grooves. That would be my best guess.

Will i see a difference in spin between this wedge and my AW or PW because it has the conforming grooves?

Unless you're highly skilled at stopping the ball dead on the green, I doubt you would notice.  I know I haven't noticed.
