Hello!

Very new to golf. Working on all areas of my game intently as of right now. Currently I am a player that could score anywhere from 45 to 60 on a given 9.

Its a sad situation really (as I was telling my fiance last night), I am a former college athlete, extremely motivated person, I tend to go head first into anything I have ever done, yet I still cannot grasp the game of golf after 13 months of playing. I know I would benefit from lessons, but until my fiance finishes grad school, I suppose spending money we don't have, wouldn't be smart.

Anyways, thank you to all that make this such an interesting website with a plethora of helpful information.

Welcome ... I'm a new golfer as well and struggled alot when I first started with a slice.     I learned alot from online lessons, particularly those on the Stack & Tilt swing ... I worked it out on the range & it eliminated my slice almost entirely.    As beginners, it's easier for us to change our swings ... there's tons of online lessons that can help you.
