You’re comparing completely different things. The end of a throw, like the end of a golf swing, is a dynamic action that involves rotation and weight shift among other things. It makes sense why the pivot action is centered around the opposite foot of the dominant hand. Bending over and putting a tee in the ground or picking up a ball is simply a balance exercise. -
