I'm revamping my swing from putting weight in front foot ala stack and tilt to a 50/50 stance.

I noticed that by doing this, even when I think that my head is in the same position, it's not, when I do my back swing.

I looked at a mirror and my body / head moved around 3-4 inches on my back swing, and it didn't go back to the original position on impact,

causing a forward spin, low hook with the driver and hitting it closer to the toe more often.

Now I truly try to make a balanced back swing and I noticed that the feel in doing so is different. To me it feels like I have a straight pole from the ground

up to my head when I swing back, and the results is great impact and very good distance.

Now how do you, experienced and better players practice this so it's not forgotten / lost and do you agree with

what I'm doing right now to a degree?
