On this site, I see it is ranked #1. However, I thought the R11 was #1. I don't want to pay that much for a driver though. If any of you own the 2009 Burner or have used it, how is it? How far can you drive the ball with it? Thanks.

I have the 09 burner and its amazing. I've used the nike sasquatche's, cobra s3's and the new burner superfast. It definitely has the best feel

ave drive- 275, i have hit it 300+ though

It's 46.25 inches stock.

One of my friends loves his '09 Burner.  I've hit his and it's fine, I like my R9 better but that's completely subjective.  How far it hits is completely up to you.  It doesn't inherently hit any longer of shorter than any other driver.

I think they're a real bargain right now if you like the feel.

I went from an R7 to a TM '09 Burner and noticed that the Burner didn't seem to have that "POP" that I was getting from the R7. It almost felt like I was hitting a cayman ball or something. Distance seemed to suffer as well. I went back to the R7 and it felt normal. I might give the Burner another shot to see if it was swing related. Not likely as I was alternating drives between the two. my 2 cents...

I've gamed an 09 Burner for over a year. I don't really feel like it's amazing or anything, but it's a good value and a solid driver. I really didn't like the re-ax shaft that it came with so I put a different one in, that is my only complaint. I would say it's greatest attribute is it's forgiveness, off center shots do really well.
