Does anybody know if Cobra is coming out or has come out with a MB iron? I was chasing after Geoff Ogilvy for most of the day yesterday in SC in the tourney and I saw he had the sexiest MB irons I've ever seen. I'm sure they are a prototype. Does anybody know if these are being released, or if Cobra has ever made a MB iron before? The only ones I've heard they made are the Greg Norman Signature MB irons, but these are impossible to find a fortune to get!

Nik,

I went to Carlsbad a month ago and asked Cobra this very question. There are no plans in the immediate future for any new muscle backs in the next year and half. Right now they're measuring the response to Ogilvy's and Poulter's irons. There are only seven sets in the entire world I believe, so good luck finding some. The current set with the Carbon CB logo on the back does not look near as good as the previous version they used which is the best and hardest to hit looking blade I've seen in many years.
