Hi,

I'm new to the forum and I'm looking to post a WTB add in the classified section. I got a message to read the forum rules as I am Not allowed to post. Can someone direct me to the forum rules?

Basically, it's because you are not an established member.   Once you are you will be able to post in the marketplace.  One of the links I provided in my first post should have info on what makes you an established member.
