The only thing I see that's unusual is that you move towards the ball a bit, putting your weight onto your toes on the downswing, which might be a balance/setup issue. Very solid looking swing though, and most of your fundamentals are good. I'm not much of a swing guru, but it beats the hell out of the first swing you posted.

Have you played hockey? Your iron shots look a little like a slap shot. Not being critical at all as you look like you have some power. And lot's of hockey players have made good golfers.
