I picked up the R11 yesterday in a stiff flex stock blue 60 shaft. I have a PL blue 55 shaft as well that I am thinking about having installed in the R11. I had a lot of trouble hitting the R11 at the range yesterday compared to my old R7 cgb max driver. I realize that it takes a few times out to learn how to hit a new club but I was just wondering if maybe the change in shaft would help with my problem. The ball will not really get off the ground unless I really really get into the swing as hard as i can compared to my old R7 i never had to do that.

This may be a very very late response...haven't been on in a while!

So, if over the whole summer and most of the winter you were not able to figure this out then I would get a shaft with a lower kick point.  It will help get the ball in the air quicker.
