Someting confusing with these clubs, there are 8 "notches" on the shaft that you can use.  The instruction booklet shows 8 different ball flights ranging from low to high.

However, 2 "notches" to the right or left on the shaft has the degree amount printed on the shaft, so 2 notches open showes "-1.5" and 2 notches closed shows "+1.5".

So now we have the standard "notch", and then we have 2 notches in either direction to give you the maximum 1.5 degree of loft change, for a GRAND TOTAL OF 5 ADJUSTMENT POSITIONS.

This leaves 3 notches un-used, creating my confusion.  The instruction book and the print on the shaft contradict one another.

The RBZ adjusts both loft and open/closed at the same time.  I have the R11S, which independently adjusts the loft described in my above thread.
