I just received my Nike VR_S Iron set in the mail. I bought them off ebay and did the magnet test to the club head and it stuck. Am I a victim of counterfeit clubs? Or is the material that the club head is made of attracted to magnets?

Eh......well maybe not. It's not uncommon to have a legit serial number on counterfeit clubs. Your best bet is to take the clubs into your local shop and have someone there take a look.

In the bag:

TaylorMade R11 Driver (10.5 stiff stock shaft)

TaylorMade R11 3wood (15 degree stiff stock shaft)

Adams IdeaPro 3i hybrid (20 degree)

Titleist DCI 4-PW (photo)

Cleveland CG15 wedges (52, 56, 60)

Odyssey White-Hot 2-Ball (Superstroke oversize grip)

Bushnell Tour V2 Rangefinder

Ping Hoofer 2012 Bag

I bought mine from a shop and the magnets responded to the heads.

Nike VR-S Iron Set 3-PW, AW, & SW True Temper Dynalite 90 R-Flex

I'm sure everything is in order. They did have a 99.9% feedback rating and the clubs look nice. Nike also confirmed that the serial number should be legit and everything looked to be in order. Cant wait to hit with these tonight and tomorrow!
