Hey, I was thinking of buying a Strike Bag so I can get the feeling and train my self to get my hands/wrists square at impact. Have any of you guys bought one or used one? If so what do you think to them and do they help you improve?

Thanks, Alex.

Impact bags are one of the simplest and easiest things to help people. You won't want to flip. Just be careful that you're not moving your head forward (that's cheating), but I say go for it. An impact bag used properly is never a bad thing.
