I have been using Taylormade RAC and they are OK. I got a used Vokey 50 and loved it, so I'll be watching season end sales.

Currently the older spin milled are cheaper, the newer SM4's are more of course. Can anyone tell me me what the difference would be? My usual take is to get last years stuff as its cheaper and at 15 I'm not sure that adding some small percentage of better is worth the extra cost.

HOWEVER the short game is my weak point (most folks ?) and if I am gonna spend a little more.  Probably get a 56 and maybe a 60. Grooves on my 50 are OK so I'll likely regrip and keep

Thanks.

The new SM4 Line spins better than last year, the head is redesigned and is heat treated for more groove durability, and the 54-60 lofts have 3 options of grinds.

Worth it.
