Hi guys.

My driver has a Proforce V2 S graphite shaft with a butt diameter of 0.605".  I am re-gripping all my clubs to be +1/32 (0.930").

I can't get 0.930" with the butt diameter.  With 2 wraps of tape on the shaft it will be 0.925" and with 3 wraps it will be 0.935".

Am I better off being over or under what the rest of the clubs will be?  The table I have says anything between 0.930" and 0.945" is considered +1/32 but I just wanted to see what the general consensus would be before I re-gripped it.

The consensus is that I have finally met my OCD match...

One build up of regular tape at 5 mil

One build up of 2 sided at .75 mil

So .905 + .1 + .15 = .930

This will give you that magic number of .930. Don't forget the normal piece of 2 sided tape!

LOL!!  I know it's only 0.005, but I thought I may aswell ask.

Thanks again TourSpoon.  The answers so simple!!  I should have been able to work that one out!
