Phenom 50x or 50s

I'm sort of at odds with myself on what to look for.  My SS is around 108 and smooth.  On our Flightscope I carry it around 285 which is about what I see on course.  A couple shafts I have liked in the past were the Accuflex vs339x and the UST V2 66x.  Both seemed to hit a bit high though.

Recently I picked up an R11 with a stock Blur 60S and the RBZ Tour with a stock xcon6 stiff, Matrix HD6 Stiff and HOF sadlowski X.  All of these I hit better than the 2 shafts mentioned earlier.  Failed experiment was a matrix radix hd7x ( too heavy) and a HOF HD proto65X ( just ok, didn't perform better than anything else.

I'd like to go lighter so I don;t know if I should go with the phenom 50x... I've heard "yes" and I've heard go with the stiff and tip it.  Or go with the stiff flex.  The Aldila website fitting chart has me at the upper end of Stiff.

Any opinions would help.
