Hello everybody my names josh, im from North Carolina. Just to give a little background...i played highschool golf and about a months worth of collegiate golf until i finally decided college wasnt for me. I play small time tournaments around here pretty regularly, do pretty well most of the time. Im a legit 9 handicap, who still shoots high 80's from time to time. I play with what my older playing partners call sweat shop clubs (NIKE). The only club in my bag that isnt a nike is my Odyssey putter. Im also one of those weekend hackers that claim they drive the ball 300 yards.. im usually around 310-320 actually.

But enough about me, i love the forum and love golf in general. The compition, philosphy, arcitecture the fellowship with like minded golfers, its all great. I love an 8am tee time where the dew is still on the green and the quitness of the golf course is your only playing partner, the split second where i knock a 8 iron stiff to 1ft from 160 yards out and once again realize why i play this stupid game.
