Of the other pitching method "How to flight your wedges and short irons" and the pitching of using the bounce, one is using the bounce more, the other is using less hinge, seems very different method. When should we use which?
sliced shots are more affected by wind than others.
when you really crack the ball it's a lot less.
so the technical aspect of your game is tested and can probably improve.
you still need to take wind in account on the flight to the target.
you may shape your shots to resist the wind effect but this is not easy. you can hit it low pretty easy to avoid wind effect.
Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who gave their input on this! Definitely want to improve so I can enjoy the game even more! Looking forward to progressing in the years to come and documenting my improvement on here.
Most of my practice is under 50%. My evolvr coach recommended taking 4-5 7 iron full swings that go 50-60 yards(not sure exact distance, just the feel of a really slow swing) then a swing a little faster, then back to 4-5 slow swings. On top of that i take about 3 or for really slow motion practice swings working on the feelings.
My mind is going crazy thinking about any sort of thing that could be causing this. Setup, spine tilt, grip, anything. I understand changes take time but I would assume i could at least stop swinging miles left after a few hundred swings at a slow tempo.
The swings in those videos were #100 and 101 for the day. I planned on only hitting 100 but i figured one more couldn't hurt.
