Quick question, suppose that I have a regular 65gr shaft on my 5-wood that I can hit it perfectly. Should I go with lighter shaft for my driver and my 3-wood? For instance, 62 on 3-wood and 60 on the driver? Should I go with heavier shaft on my irons and my wedges as well?

Any comments are appreciated.

In a typical set of clubs the driver "usually" has the lightest shaft  (promotes faster swing speed), the fairway's a bit heavier and the irons heavier still.

I used the word usually in " " marks as club fitting is a very personal decision. Everyone has there own preference for the   shaft type, swing weight etc, based on how the club(s) feels to them.

I suggest that you get properly fitted for all clubs, and you decide what feels best for you Hope this helps.
