i played 18 today w/ my father and 2 uncles
since i'm still learning they said we would play a 2-man scramble
my father and his 2 brothers play 5 to 10 times a year
both of my uncles have played alot in the lifetime but one has had a stroke
but still hits well and the other is 75.
my father and I hit a 85 and my uncles hit a 82
we played at orgill park ( http://www.orgillpark.com/about.html )
the score card says rating 67.7 and slope 110
i dont know if we shot bad or good but it was my 2nd time playin
and we had a gr8 time and even ate some lunch together after we played.

we are playin a 4-man scramble turney sat. at stonebridge ( http://www.stonebridgegolf.com )

Sounds like you had fun & that's what matters.

Course looks pretty easy overall, certainly has some of the widest fairways I have seen.
