I've been Playing Golf for: 8 years

My current handicap index or average score is: 10

My typical ball flight is: straight, sometimes a baby draw

The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: pull hook, typically with my driver.

This is me hitting a pitching wedge about 140 yards.  I get around the course ok, but i would like to build a more efficient golf swing.  I feel like my body is working a lot harder than it should.  Any input and drills are much appreciated and thank you in advance.  Sorry for the poor quality; i was trying to film with my kids running around.

Hi welcome to the site. I see the head moving too far forward on the downswing. Check out this video, think it will help. The hips need to keep turning on the backswing, they stop turning and your arms keep loading, that's where you get past parallel, "overswing" look. To compensate the head has to translate forward and then it's just a timing game with the rate you unload your wrists.
