Much too wide of stance is causing lots of sway there, I can tell your athletic and can learn so keep it up.

Try an flare the feet out instead of them facing the other way.. Along with the advice above of narrowing the stance. Try looking up pivoting as you need to really think about turning in your center of gravity without lifting your left foot.. I think you'll improve quickly.. Good luck..

You need to shift your pressure (weight) over to your right heel area at start and top of swing.
