Welcome to the site @thl9077 and thanks for posting a video.

Consistency in a golf swing comes from a few factors or Keys.  These are keys that all good golf swing have.  They help you have a consistent low point in the swing, which helps give you good contact with the ball every time.  The first, Key #1 is a steady head.  The screen shot below shows you at address on the left and the top of the backswing on the right.  As you can see, your head drifts back quite a bit.  This mean that during you downswing, you have to shift all your weight, head and shoulders, back toward the ball to make good contact.

If you kept your head steady, not letting it move back, then it becomes easier to hit the same low spot in your swing.
