Hi,

I have recently purchased a Ping Karsten TR putter (B60), and I am wondering if anyone here has removed the white paint from the face of the putter.  While I like the look of the putter as it is, I am considering using some acetone to remove it.

Has anyone done this?

black sharpie? lol can I ask why you want to remove the paint? I have used nail polish remover on my wedges so I could change the color of the numbers and worked well. Tom.

Thanks for this thread everyone, have been wondering about removing the paint from my putter face for a while. Saw this and have been inspired to do so, love the results!
