My Swing (fredwilliam)

I've been Playing Golf for: 5 years

My current handicap index or average score is: 8,9 hcp

My typical ball flight is: high

The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: high spinny

My problem is just in my head, i make great practice swings with good lag and power.

But i can't make that same swing when i put a ball infront of me. It feels like i have tried everything but i always end up casting och scooping. My driver shots has 6000 rpm spin and a really high launch angle an my swing speed with the driver is about 95-100mph.

If anyone have a solution for this mental block you wold save my game and i would probably increase my clubheadspeed etc.

Welcome to the forum @fredwilliam .  It is a common problem many of us have had.  I would suggest that you read the thread below about how to practice.  It really has helped many of us. Also, if you could post a video of the practice swing followed by the real swing, it will show what you are doing differently in the real swing.  It may be something simple.
