SeeMore putter - colour?!

i'm looking at SeeMore putters - i've tried them and i like them. Thinking about a purchase - particularly the FGP Bronze Blade model.

On the US website, this is what they look like:



However on the UK website they look like this:

I'd buy one directly from seemore only i don't want something that looks like the latter! The top one is what i want - are they the same? Or is there something i'm missing?

Any help would be appreciated - they're rare here in Ireland (though there is one by a statue of Payne Stewart in Waterville! )

Your bronze putter will ship that bright shiny color pictured and will patina over time into the darker color you'd like.

If you want to speed up this process, just leave it outside under the patio or in the garage and it will speed the process.

I can attest to that. It will change its color quite quickly without any help. At least mine did, but I guess the salt air down here might have helped speed up the process.

I think TGW.com still has some in stock. They were selling them for $69.99, but without the head cover. I got two of them, just because of the price. :)

great thanks Stuart - i've just checked them out, they ship internationally (once credit card details are verified) for about $42 - total cost will be about €77 which is a bargain for any putter!

That was the one thing holding me back - the colour. Now to buy!

She arrived today!

Wow it's fantastic. Haven't been on the course yet but I played a practice game on the chipping green - up and down, par 2's - to great success. Then I went onto the putting green and long putts went close, short putts went in.

Got a big college game tomorrow - it's in the bag. Colour still that bronze look which is getting some laughs from my team mates till they pick it up and scream ZACH JOHNSON/SEEMORE - they thought it would have costed 300 Euro but it came to a total of 111 Euro after shipping and tax.

Looking foward to using this putter - I'm not too bothered about the colour because: it simply works!
