I've been Playing Golf for: 10 years on and off
My current handicap index or average score is: 18 (England)
My typical ball flight is: very high
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: no control, very inconsistent

Welcome, John.

There's a wealth of information under the "Info-Instructional Content " menu drop down above. There's stuff about the best angles to use in video for the most effective analysis. Plus, there are all kinds of information about the swing. 

My best advice is to just start using this as a journal. Log your progress, where you think your priority is, whether or not you are getting instruction (and what the instructor says), and more detail about your game.  Also, join in to discussions elsewhere on TST from time to time, and people are more likely to tune in and get to know your swing and offer thoughts.
