Mizuno MX-15... an improvement?

Hi all,

As the winter dies away and the spring approachs, it's time to think golf again.

I'm currently playing old Ping Eye2+, which I really like, but I can get hold of a set of Mizuno MX-15s for a very good price, to use as my second set and maybe onto becoming my main clubs. Would they be worth getting hold of?

I'm quite a long hitter for my ability, and like the 3i and 4i ahead of modern hybrids. I have a slight natural fade when hitting well and a high tempo and medium swing speed.

How do these clubs play? I know they're newer technology.

Does anyone have the MX-17? They're very similar to the MX-15 so would give me an idea...
