Harvey Penick's little red book and little green book.

reminds you of what is important in life...and transcends to golf.
his books really made me appreciate the short game, also to see two of his star students Ben Crenshaw and Tom Kite , score and conduct themselves on the golf course is great reinforcement.

My greatest lesson from his books and videos is to use the lowest lofted club to get the ball on the green, EXCELLENT advice for us 20 to 5 handicap golfers, got me from a 12 to a 7 handicap alone.

Excellent read for golf and life...." Life consists of a lot of minor annoyances(sp?)... and few matters of real consequence"

also as he told a young and cocky Tom Kite "You are who you are...not what you do"

Beautiful book about fathers & sons and life and golf and how the three interact and what you can learn about one from the other.

One of the top 5 books I've ever read, and by far the best golf book I've ever read.
