For the most part i play by the rules. only to challenge myself.if i dont ill never know how good or bad i really am. and playing a bad shot only makes you better at those type of shots i would think. Again, a freebie now and again in practice isnt a bad thing

i like to play Crosswinds in Plymouth, MA when i can. very nicely maintained. for a nice par3 for practice there is The Back Nine Club Cheap golf ehhh area but great price is DW Fields in Brockton

i yearly attend TPC Boston for the Deutsche Bank Championship. Being a military Veteran i get:(from their site) "The Deutsche Bank Championship recognizes the efforts that all branches of the United States military provide in defending the democracy and freedom that American people enjoy. Throughout the Championship we hope to recognize the military in various ways. Throughout the course of Championship week, all active, reserve and retired Military Service members and their dependents (with a valid Common Access Card or Retired Military Card) will receive complimentary admission each day of the Championship Wednesday, August 29th - Monday, September 3rd. While on site, they will be able to enjoy the event from the Military Patriot Outpost. This area will provide a great viewing spot, located on the 17th Fairway, and will be stocked with complimentary snacks and beverages at all times. Additionally, information about services available to military members will be provided by partners of the Championship to add to the experience. While on-site, veterans and their spouses also have access to the Military Patriot Outpost" Extremely generous of them, and i take advantage every year and say thank you.

1. Have a solid drive off the tee box. i get nervous up there and usually my ugly slice shows its face when i am. id like to trust my swing more and really swing.i feel like i dont trust what im doing and pull out of it. 2. more consistant putt.ill have a few holes where i feel good. then other where ill 3 putt 2-4 holes in a row. 3. finally get my hybrid and 5 iron down. too inconsistant with both of them

so when you guys go to a course do you play serious or mostly go to practice. It seems most go out and practice rather then "play" a round. im usualy with friends and play. i suppose i should do more practicing then anything,,,lol

i usualy play one of the tee but 2 or 3 from outside the green. then putt one of them. if people are behind me ill play just the one

wow this is all some good advice, im going to put a couple vids of mine next. Its sort of similar to his. good advice though
