Well lately I have been pulling my irons. I just got fitted for clubs about 2 months ago and I have been playing some decent golf (decent for me atleast). Now the last 3 rounds I played I've been pulling some iron shots. I think its in my head because its really only with my 7, 9, and PW. I also think its my grip, I hold the club like a baseball bat. Anyone have some suggestions to help me stop pulling the ball.

I had cleveland cg12's 52* and 58* before I got my i20 wedges. It took some practice with them around the green to get a feel for which wedge i am going to be chipping with more but in the bunker I had no problems. I would say I have had more bunker saves with my new wedges over my cg12.

I have the i20's 4-lw and all the i20 wedges are great.

I just got a set of ping i20s 4-pw,uw,sw,lw. They feel great and I would recommend to anyone thinkning about getting new clubs to try these out.

Played with my new i20's on Sunday. I shot an 83 (which is a pretty good round for me). They feel great and a lot more forgiving then I thought they would be. Great clubs.

My clubs came in last night, so I will be going to the range tonight after work to hit them. I can not wait and I hope I like them. Wish me luck.

I love my driver and will never put a 3 wood in my bag again but I like the way there i20 17* hybrid felt but I love my g5 19* hybrid right now. I might look at there i20 5 wood too. I also just got an email today from the place I ordered my i20's from. They just received my clubs today and will be shipping them out tomorrow. I got them 2nd day air so HOPEFULLY I will have them before I play on Sunday.

I am a maroon dot with a +1 inch extended shaft. I went with the cfs steel regular. I just got an email yesterday saying my i20s will be here next week wednesday, I cant wait. Will post some pics when they come in.

I am around a 15 hndcp and have the g5's and have been thinking about getting new irons. I went out yesterday and wanted to get fitted for new pings. After swinging the i20's, I didnt want to swing anything else but i swung the g20's and didnt like them at all. The i20's feel so smooth when hit, and is more forgiving then i thought they would be. I went and placed my order for the i20's (4-pw,sw) and can not wait till they get here.

I have a good friend of mine who just started playing golf last year. I play with him about once a week and the biggest thing he does that just gets to me is " Can you tell me what I got, I think it was an 8 but i dont know". Other then that, I really dont care who I play with as long as they stay quite when I am over the ball.

Lowest 18 was a 78 on a course I have only played a handlful of times. Now, I have been living around 80 and 81. Really would love to shoot par by the end of the summer.

Little update for my angry friend. Has nothing to do with golf but last night he broke his softball bat after we lost the championship game. I do not even want to play golf or really any sport with him but the problem is he is one of my best friends and do not know how to tell him I will not be golfing with him anymore. Ohh yea, he just got g15's and no he does not have the money t just keeping buying new clubs afer he breaks his old ones.

Why would anybody break a club over a bad shot??? I played with one of my good friends on sunday and he was not having a good day at all. Mind you this he is not a good player from the start, never broke 100 and expects to be great by just playing and not getting lessons or even going to the range. After about 12 holes, he started just breaking his clubs over his knee. I think he left the course with about 6 clubs in his bag. I just want to know why, especially when you have a good set of clubs (ping g10 50th aniversry addition).

Shot a 81 (41/40) yesterday. I am happy with this score but it could of been a little better missing about 4 putts that were only about 3 feet at most. Overall, it was a good day.

Played twice this weekend. First round I shot an 82 (43/39) at my home course. I started heating up on the back with the last 7 holes paring. Also was in the rain. Second round I shot an 84 (41/43) at a course I have never played before. I should of scored a little lower missing 5 par putts from about 3 - 4 feet out.

I dont play baseball anymore but I play slow pitch softball now and golf is way more expensive. I got 50 softballs balls for 30$ to hit batting practice with (they last for years), I got 3 bats running around $200 each, a $150 glove and new batting gloves every season 15$. To play for each season is $40 ( 3 seasons per year). On the other hand I bought my clubs for some ridiculous price when I did not know better ($1000 just 3-pw and a $500 custome driver), I also have bought many clubs over the years, and I buy a dozen of balls every 2 or 3 rounds usually (pro V's), golf gloves and tees is about $100 a year and then the cost to play golf around me is an average of $35. Golf is more expensive in my book but I enjoy playing golf more.

I started this thread so us PING lovers and can discuss everything about PING. If you would like to post what PING clubs you have in your bag, go right ahead.

I would say to go with some Ping g10's or Ping raptures or go to my local golfsmith or whatever golf store in your area and hit a bunch of different irons to get a feel of what is comfortable to you. I know my golfsmith has a bunch of used sets of irons, so you might be able to find a nice used set for cheap. Good luck

My vote would be the raptures but if you dont want to spend that much money, the g10's and g5's are great as well.

I love my henry griffitts driver. I got fitted about 6 months ago and I knocked off about 3 strokes from my game. I am thinking about going back to get fitted for irons as well. Just need to save up a little.
